What I’ve found out, through my experience, is that people who type these types of keyword phrases are most frequently the ones that are a lot more serious about making a purchase. In other words, we’re talking about people that already know what they want. And these are the people I really want on my sites. Then again, the types of people that use generic keywords are most likely unsure about what they will finally buy. Yet, they will still end up on my site, increasing the chances of buying from me. That’s why I absolutely love this tool. Basically, these keywords do not need a large volume of site visitors because they have a much higher conversion rate than the generic terms. Personally, I only use exact match criteria for all of my keyword research. I do this because I find the exact match numbers to be more realistic than the broader match.
